By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree to the below Terms and Conditions for your stay at Avellanas Place.
Rates:
- The rates quoted are based on your period of stay
- Rates quoted are in US Dollars
Eligible Age for Check-In:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
Check-In and Check-Out Time:
- Check-in time 3:00 pm
- Check-out time 11:00 am
- A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.
Early arrival and Late departure:
- Should you plan to arrive prior to the normal check-in time which is 3:00 pm, you are advised to contact us prior to arrival to arrange for early check-in.
- Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. Additional charges may apply.
Further Information:
- In proceeding with the reservation, you further agree to allow Avellanas Place and its agents to collect your personal data for the purposes of administering, managing and maintaining your customer relationship with us.
General Provisions:
- By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by Avellanas Place, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the place’s standard terms and conditions of stay.
- The Avellanas Place Beach Resort shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- You shall indemnify and hold Avellanas Place harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the place.
Avellanas Place shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by Avellanas Place.
Payment Policy:
Your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night at the time of reservation, the rest can be paid at your arrival.
Cancellation policy for high seasson:
- Reservations canceled up to 30 days before check-in do not have a penalty.
- 50% penalty up to 15 days before check-in
- 100% less than 14 days and all “no-shows”.
Cancellation policy for holiday seasson:
- On holidays such as New Year and Easter
- Reservations canceled up to 60 days before check-in do not have a penalty.
- from 59-45 days before check-in will be charged a penalty of the 50% of the reservation.
- 100% penalty will be charged after less than 44 days before check-in and all “no-shows”.

Your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night at the time of reservation, the rest can be paid at check-in. Your card will be used as a guarantee.
Cancellation policy for high seasson:
Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before check-in won t be charged. A 50% charge will be applied to cancellations up to 15 days before check-in. less than 14 days and All “no-shows” will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Your card will be used as guarantee.
Cancellation policy for holiday seasson:
On holidays such as New Year and Easter, you may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in. Cancellations from 59-45 days before check-in in will be charged 50% of the reservation, and any time after 44 days to the reserved check-in date will be charged 100%.. Your card will be used as guarantee.
Thank you very much for your reservation, please note that the amount of the first night will be charged in the next 24 hours, the outstanding amount will be charged at check-in.
